For Fencing, Gates, and Panic Bar Installation, Various Sites The purpose of this bid is to create a contract for the Vail Unified School District #20 to acquire a qualified contract to install security fencing, gates, and panic bars at a variety of District sites. It is the intent of the District to award a term contract for a period of one year, with the option to be renewed for up to four additional one- year contracts, or any portion thereof, as services are required. In accordance with School District Procurement Rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) promulgated by the State Board of Education pursuant to A.R.S. 15-213, bids for the material or services specified will be received by the Vail Unified School District #20, at the above specified location, until the time and date cited. Bids received by the correct time and date shall be opened and the vendors submitting shall be publicly read. All other information contained in the bid shall remain confidential until award is made.
