22025 Wakarusa River Wastewater Treatment Plant Maintenance Facility The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The Work to be performed under these Contract Documents includes: o Construction of the new Maintenance Facility at Wakarusa River Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at the northeast corner of 41 st Street and O'Connell Road. o Maintenance Facility will include one vehicle bay and shop area, office space, break room, storage, bathroom, and exterior equipment pads. o The Work will also include extending and paving the existing gravel drive Questions and clarifications regarding this project shall only directed and submitted via email to the city's purchasing department at purchasing@lawrenceks.org. Questions deadline is 12 pm on Tuesday, January 18th , 2023. All questions will receive an official written response from the City and will become addenda.
