Direct any questions regarding these requirements to Jackie Smith, Human Resources Department (386) 329-0547 In the event of an award, the contract resulting from this RFQ shall take effect upon board approval and continue through January 31, 2026, with the possibility of three (1) year extensions available One original proposal clearly marked as such, along with (5) copies and one additional electronic copy of the proposal shall be submitted. The electronic copy shall be in .pdf or .xls (where required) format on a thumb drive, all copies shall be submitted in a sealed package clearly marked Request for Qualifications No. 540312312 Design Management Services and delivered in person, by courier, or by U.S. Mail to the address listed on the title page. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure delivery of their response by the date and time listed on the title page of this RFQ. Proposals received after the closing time will be retained unopened, and will not be considered. Bid proposals received timely will be opened, and secured for evaluation by the selection committee on a date to be determined. All copies of the proposals must be identical. In the event of any discrepancies between any copies of the Proposal, the paper copy marked as the Original Proposal shall control Bidders may be required to clarify their proposals. Any clarification will be reduced to writing by the proposer upon request, and such clarification will be considered part of the proposal. Refusal by a proposer to comply with this requirement will be cause for rejection of the proposal. The Board may reject any or all proposals. The Board also may enter into negotiations with carriers as allowed by Florida law. The Board does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, handicap/disability, or marital status in employment or provision of service.
