The Department is seeking to hire one firm for the CMAR Pre-Construction Services for the construction of a new Administration Building for the North Las Vegas Maintenance Yard. The CMAR Pre-Construction scope for this project includes, but is not limited to the design, cost estimating, risk management assessment, innovation, and management of sub-contractors for the New Administration Building Design Phase. The Design Phase will include civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interiors, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), site improvements, demolition and remediation, abatement, permitting, and construction administration to modify the existing District 1 Maintenance Yard.
