The work of this single bid project includes extending HVAC distribution from a 2020 library partial renovation to the remainder of the building by connecting to the existing mechanical equipment and providing new ductwork, VAVs, fin tube and controls. The project also includes installation of new lighting; opening and patching existing walls and construction of new soffits; and asbestos abatement.
