Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs') and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs') are encouraged to respond Various construction services for minor repairs Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Questions due no later than January 10, 2023 at 5pm Contract term: One year w/ extensions County(ies): Tompkins Location: Tompkins County The successful bidder shall submit in triplicate, a "Performance Bond" guaranteeing the performance of the work equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Contract awarded, and a "Labor and Material Payment Bond" guaranteeing the payment of all legal debts that may be incurred by reason of the Contractor's performance of the work equal to one hundred (100%) of the amount of the contract awarded. 1. The bid award shall be for one (1) year from the date of award to ending date. Pricesshall remain firm for the entire bid period. 2. At the end of the initial one (1) year bid period, upon mutual agreement of the County and the Contractor, the agreement may be renewed for three (3) additional years, in three (3) consecutive one-year intervals via a contract amendment. Renewal of multiple item bid awards shall be contingent upon renewal of all items; partial renewals shall not be accepted by the County.
