The description of the work is as follows: PART A: Spring Improvements on Major and Local Roads Springbrook - Riverside to Maple (Base Stabilization) Race - River to Maumee (Base Stabilization) Tecumseh - Toledo to Michigan St (Reconstruct) Mulberry - Addison to Elm (Mill & Resurface) Winter - Maple to Hunt (Mill & Resurface) PART B: Fall Improvements on Major and Local Roads E. Maumee - Broad to Eastern City Limits (Base Stabilization) Cross - Main to Winter (Mill & Resurface) Highland - Maple to Dead End (Mill & Resurface) Stockford - Riverside to School (Mill & Resurface) Helme, Rodgers, Rodgers Ct, Lenawee (Reconstruct) A certified check or bidder's bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the proposal will be required to accompany the proposal. A performance bond, maintenance guarantee bond, and labor/materials bond for 100% of the amount of the Contract will be required. The right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in any proposal is reserved by the City of Adrian. All projects described in Part A shall be completed by June 30th 2023. Unless a different date is agreed upon, failure to complete by June 30th 2023 shall result in a penalty of $500.00 per calendar day, thereafter.
