Helme, Rodgers, Rodgers Ct, Lenawee (Reconstruct) A certified check or bidder's bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the proposal will be required to accompany the proposal. A performance bond, maintenance guarantee bond, and labor/materials bond for 100% of the amount of the Contract will be required. The right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities in any proposal is reserved by the City of Adrian. All projects described in Part A shall be completed by June 30th 2023. Unless a different date is agreed upon, failure to complete by June 30th 2023 shall result in a penalty of $500.00 per calendar day, thereafter. For considerations of an extension to the finish date, the Project Engineer shall receive all requests in writing immediately following the incident resulting in the request for extension of the contracted finish date. Part B must start after July 1st 2023 and completed by August 31th 2023.
