The City of Independence, Missouri Water Department invites bids from firms that can provide the service of inspection, cleanout, and documentation of the 400,000 gallon Wash Water Supply Tower, 365,000 gallon below grade Clearwell, 2,500,000 gallon above grade Treated Water Storage Reservoir as well as provide an optional hourly rate for providing all workmanship, equipment, services, and materials as may be required for cleanout of reservoir structures via underwater vacuum or similar method while they remain in full operational state. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. Please submit all questions regarding this Invitation to Bid Electronically by 5 p.m. on January 30, 2023.
