PROJECT OVERVIEW Construction of a new educational center for the Clovis Unified School District. Campus to be an open mall concept for a university feel. Campus to include shared facilities between High School & Middle School. Shared facilities to include : Administration/Library/Student Union/Lecture Hall Building, MPR/Food Services, Snack Bar, Gymnasium, Applied Arts, Visual & Performing Arts, Pool Complex. Football Stadium, Athletic Facilities, & Event Center. High School to have (3) 2-Story Academic Towers and Middle School to have (2) 2-Story Academic Towers. The middle school classrooms and support buildings were built first. At full build-out, the project will house K-12th grade students. Phase 1 Increment No. 1 is broken out into Phase 1A and 1B. Phase 1A Includes Site Demolition, Asbestos, Surveying, Underground Locating, FID (Fresno Irrigation District) Pipe Work. Phase 1B Includes: Rebar, Site Concrete, Site Structural Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Painting, Flag Pole, Signs, Tennis Court Surfacing and Nets, Basketball Poles and Backboards, Bases, Electrical, Earthwork and Paving, Chain Link Fence, Landscaping and Irrigation including baseball and softball fields, Site Utilities and Ag Wells.
