Renovation of a municipal facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Contractor shall provide the materials and labor for the installation of 6" Black Rubber Base as shown on the attached floor plan with highlighted rooms and corridors (1st floor) approximately 1,422 linear feet plus 10% waste = +- 1,565 linear feet. The rooms with the red X s are areas where new carpet tile and base will be installed by others. The building is undergoing an HVAC upgrade at this time. The contractors may visit the project on their own. There will not be a pre-bid conference. Once awarded, the Contractor shall field measure each area before ordering. Installation time may vary and must be coordinated with the Prime Mechanical Contractor and CCS Project Manager. Please give me a call if you have any questions. The Cumberland County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
