The existing one-storey building is approximately 114 sq. m. (1225 sq. ft) will be relocated from the existing location at 12492 Harris Road to 12047 Harris Road, Pitt Meadows, B.C. All work to relocate this building is as described below but is not limited to the following and forms part of the Contract: All existing building preparations, such as reinforcements and removals, existing site preparations, site work, building disconnection and service disconnections, securing of existing furniture, coordination, traffic management, permits, obstruction removals such as traffic, tree trimming, traffic signs, Hydro and telecom lines adjustment/lifting or removal, transportation and placement of the building will be included in the Contract. Shop drawings are required to be provided by the building moving company showing support frames and systems and method of moving. Generally, the existing building construction consists of a wood framed structure, SBS membrane roof and exterior board & batten wood siding and single pane aluminum windows. The work also includes, but is not limited to: .1 Associated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape work as described in the contract documents. .2 On-site and off-site civil works (services, walkways, roadworks).
