For each of the 24 BFPs the Contractor will replace to following in kind: components of the Local Control Panel (LCP), polymer feed system, sludge feed and drain piping, BFP wash water system, and some structural steel. For all 24 BFPs the Contractor will remove surface corrosion and coatings from existing structural steel and piping and then apply new coatings to all structural steel and piping.
