The New Lenox Community Park District is accepting proposals for Turf Mowing Services in our district. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and all other services necessary to complete the Turf Mowing Services as indicated in the Bid Documents. Refer to Bid/Contract Documents for additional information relating to the scope of work. ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Bid Award- Anticipate January 18,2023 Bid Award Notice to Contractor- Anticipate January 19, 2023 Services to begin-Anticipate mid-April (weather pending), 2023 A Certified or Cashier's Check payable to the New Lenox Community Park District, or a Bid Bond in an amount equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. In addition, each Bidder shall submit proof of insurance demonstrating the Bidders insurability. Failure to provide a Bid Bond or proof of insurance shall render the bid incomplete and be rejected. The New Lenox Community Park District will require the successful (lowest qualified) bidder to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Material Bond (if applicable) for the total contract prior to commencement. Once submitted, no bids will be withdrawn without written consent from the park district's attorney. The New Lenox Community Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reject nonconforming bids, reject conditional bids, waive irregularities in the bidding procedure, or to accept any bid that in its sole opinion best serves the interests of the Park District.
