Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arlington, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The provision of traffic signal upgrades at S. Carlin Springs Rd. & 6th Rd. S. consisting of streetscape and signal improvements at the intersection S. Carlin Springs Rd. and 6th Rd. S. The project will upgrade the traffic signals from the span wire to mast arms. Additional improvements include ADA accessible ramps, sidewalks, pavement marking and signage, landscaping, utility work, and all other incidental work described and required in the contract documents. Questions Regarding the Original Solicitation Must Be Submitted by January 10, at 5:00 Pm Eastern Time to Be Considered for an Addendum. All Questions Received by the Question Deadline Will Be Responded to Within Vendor Registry and Posted for All Bidders. The System Will Not Accept Any Questions After This Date and Time Bid Surety in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid must be submitted with the bid.
