The selected firm will be required to provide an Abbreviated Engineering Assessment Report, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Road Design, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Investigation, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking) Real Estate Acquisition Services, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
