Bartow County is requesting a firm price and delivery proposals for pipe to be installed by others in support of the Cass-Pine Log Water Main Replacement (Phase II). Bartow County intends to pre-purchase pipe materials and secure a firm delivery date. Provide pipe asspecified below. Cost to include the pipe material and transport. Specific delivery date and location is to be schedule by the selected construction contractor; the pipe supplier should consider a bid award on supplying the pipe materials to the contractor no later than on or about September 14, 2023, or 32 weeks from order date, which is anticipated 2 weeks after bid opening. The bid form provides spaces to quote firm fixed prices for the various pipe types and quantities. Pipe materials will be used to complete a public project and are tax exempt (Tax Exempt No. 58- 1890445) (Bartow County EIN# 58-6001727) (Project ARPA# 10055151); therefore, exclude all sales taxes on the Bid Form. Bids should include shipping costs for delivery to the location specified by the selected construction contractor, any technicalsubmittalsif alternate/equivalent or better pipe is included in the prices quoted. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid containing pipe, in its sole opinion, it does not consider to be equal or better than the requested pipe listed in the Advertisement for Bid. The bid form also includes space to indicate the BIDDER's date for delivery of the pipe. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid that cannot meet the pipe delivery timeframe. BIDDER shall attach listing of any clarifications or exceptions necessary to qualify the prices and delivery schedule quoted. Payment terms will be net 60 days upon receipt of an acceptable invoice.
