The main objective is to provide participating establishments with a preventive maintenance program for vertical lifting devices. This contract is also intended to allow participating establishments to carry out minor repairs, occasional service calls on vertical lifting devices, as well as troubleshooting for people caught in the elevator. The award will be made in accordance with the lots indicated in the tender document . Summary description of the options The Contract will cover an initial period of 3 years. The Contract provides for TWO (2) renewal options: the first for a period of FOUR (4) years and the second for a period of THREE (3) years. For this call for tenders there is no public opening of tenders. The CAG opens the tenders in the presence of a witness, at a time which suits him after the time and the deadline fixed for the receipt of tenders. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
