After opening, the bids will be compared as to quality, thoroughness, and cost by the Owner, and Architect/Engineer (ZMM ARCHITECTS ENGINEERS). Lump sum bids are being solicited for Work included in the above referenced Bid Item for the Project indicated All questions prior to bid must be made through Brenda McKinney of ZMM at bmckinney@zmm.com. This is a Single Prime Contractor project Addendum #1-#6 have been issued as of 2-2-2023 Note from Waynesboro Construction: • Ranson B.O.
