Reference Number : 1674990 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document In order to replace the felled trees in its parks and green spaces, the Commission de la capital nationale du Québec, hereinafter, the "PUBLIC BODY", wishes to issue a call for tenders relating to the acquisition of services planting trees and shrubs. IN THIS CONTEXT, THE PUBLIC BODY LAUNCHES THE FOLLOWING CALL FOR TENDERS: Supply and planting of trees and shrubs in the Commission's parks and green spaces - 2223-03-020. According to the work schedule, the service provider must supply, plant and maintain ninety-six (96) plants. More specifically, the Service Provider must provide all the plants, materials, labour, equipment, hardware and services necessary to carry out the work, which includes, but is not limited to, the following operations: Labeling and prior identification of plants; Location of plants by staking or marking according to the plans; Reception and unloading of plants on the site; Planting of plants in specified places; Plant care; Replacement of all broken, dead or deemed to be dying plants. As well as any services required in the tender documents for the performance of the contract. The Service Provider must carry out the planting work, continuously, between May 1, 2023 and November 20, 2023. The contract begins on April 15, 2023 and ends no later than November 29, 2024.
