GCCC South Facility Air Handler Replacement Owner's Estimate: $1,547,000. Bid Documents will also be available on the Authority's website. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening, except as provided for in the Bid Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the exact form included in the Bid Documents and meeting the requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. State of Ohio prevailing wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this bid invitation for all work performed pursuant to this contract. The Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids.
