The work to be included in the Construction Contract (Project) is generally described as removal, disposal, and replacement of 29 windows in the Public Safety Building at the Barrister Campus located at 7200 Barrister Drive, Boise, Idaho 83704. Contractor is to provide all necessary materials and labor as detailed more specifically in the Scope of Work (Exhibit B). Questions Due Date: Jan 6th 2023, 4:00 PM MST Summary of Work: The work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as removal, disposal, and replacement of 29 windows in the Public Safety Building at the Barrister Campus located at 7200 Barrister Drive, Boise, Idaho 83704. Scope of Work: o The contractor shall be responsible for the removal, disposal, and replacement of 29 windows using the Trifab VersaGlaze 451T Framing System. o The contractor shall replace the window tinting with a percentage of tint to be determined during the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. o All openings shall be closed and made weather tight by the end of the day. o The contractor shall be responsible for verifying all measurements and thicknesses. o Ada County Operations will replace the sheetrock, and paint, in areas where it will need to be removed for window install. Contractor to remove sheetrock. o The Owner will occupy the site during the entire project. Cooperate with the Owner during the project to minimize the conflicts and facilitate owner usage. Perform the work so as not to interfere with the Owner's operations. o Work is to meet all applicable codes; Contractor is responsible for any required building, electrical, mechanical or fire permits.
