The Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region (WAPA) invites you to submit a quote for "Janitorial Services for Western Area Power Administration's Cheyenne Field Office and Cheyenne Substation" under Request for Quotes (RFQ) 89503223QWA000473. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561720 and the applicable size standard is $19.5 Million. This letter is not an integral part of the RFQ, which is a self-contained standalone document. In the event of any conflict between the contents of this letter and the enclosed RFQ, the RFQ language shall prevail. The enclosed RFQ consists of Standard Form (SF) 1449, Contract Terms and Conditions, Solicitation Provisions, and attachments, if identified.
