The successful Bidder(s) must be prepared to provide Certificates of Acord confirming they have the following insurance coverages upon request: a. Worker's Compensation (minimum $100,000) b. Liability (minimum $300,000) c. Coverage pertaining to vehicles, property damage and public liabilities, and personal injury The successful Bidder(s) must be prepared to provide 3 references upon request. Bids that exceed $50,000 must include a certified check or bid bond payable to the Lapeer County ISD in an amount equivalent to 5% of the base bid xBids must be guaranteed for 90 days from the date of the bid opening and include shipping/handling costs. The Lapeer County ISD Board of Education reserves the right, at its discretion, to accept or reject any or all bids, or portions thereof; to waive omissions, irregularities, or clerical errors not affecting compliance with the bid specifications; and to add or delete items and adjust quantities, if applicable.
