Reference number : 1674893 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-09 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Ville de Sherbrooke and its partners wish to obtain tenders in the form of a service offer with prices presented separately for professional services for the realization of a study in order to identify the corrective measures necessary to ensure the safety of the citizens of the sector. under study (Estrie-Montérégie rail corridor) and improve the use of the rail corridor, including passenger transportation, taking into account the objectives of safety, economic contribution and sustainable mobility. The mandate includes, briefly, the realization of the study, a business plan and the presentation of the results to the Cities, RCMs and business partners. All according to the terms and conditions described in this tender document. The Ville de Sherbrooke and its partners (cities of Bromont, Farnham, Bids will be evaluated following a two-step weighting and evaluation system based on a quality/price ratio more fully described in Chapter 3 of this section. In summary, the first step is the qualitative evaluation and the second is the price evaluation for bids that have received at least a score of 70/100 for the qualitative evaluation, also called interim scoring. Two envelopes, one of which contains the price offer, must therefore be used by the tenderers. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
