Sealed Bids for Owasso Public Schools - Owasso Wellness Center Renovation will be received and publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be received by the INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER ELEVEN OF TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, hereinafter referred to as "Owner," in the Education Service Center, 1501 N. Ash Street, Owasso, OK 74055 until 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 26, 2023. The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid if the bid equals or exceeds $50,000. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty days after the opening of bids. The written contract will be executed within ten days thereafter. A pre-bid conference will be held at the Owasso Wellness Center Renovation site at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 5th, 2023.
