Expected Scopes that will be sought for upcoming GMPs include: Traffic Control Asphalt Saw-cutting Asphalt Coldmilling Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Waterborne Pavement Striping Tapping & Draining existing pipeline Hauling of effluent treated water Removal & Disposal of asbestos treated pipe Trucking For the Incline Village General Improvement District Effluent Export Pipeline and Storage Granite Construction as the CMAR Contractor, requests Qualification Packages from interested subcontractors for two projects; (1) Effluent Export Pipeline Segment 2, and (2) Storage Tank Project, located in and near the town of Incline Village, Nevada, per Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 338.16991. Overall project cost is approximately $50 to $70 million. Description of Pipeline project: The Effluent Export Pipeline Segment 2 Project proposes to replace 29,700 lineal feet of existing 16-inch diameter steel pipe with approximately 5,000 lineal feet of welded steel and 24,700 lineal feet of ductile iron pipe in a parallel alignment to the existing pipe. The Segment 2 project begins approximately at the Spooner Pump Station, near Sand Harbor, and continues south within the SR 28 corridor for approximately 5.6 miles ending near Spooner Lake. Description of Storage project: The project includes installation of a 2-million-gallon prestressed concrete storage tank for storage of plant effluent. The storage tank will have a diameter of approximately 105 feet, and a tank wall height of approximately 40 feet. The storage tank will be constructed within the current pond, adjacent to IVGID's Wastewater Recovery Facility located at Incline Village, NV. The earthen dam will be removed, and the bottom of the pond will be graded relatively flat to support the effluent storage tank on native soil material. Scope of work for this Prequalification: Pipeline Traffic Control, Furnish and/or Install 16-inch Welded Steel Pipe, Jack and Bore and/or Pipe Ramming, Hydrostatic Pressure Testing, and Cathodic Corrosion Protection Storage Tank Clearing & Grubbing, Tree Removal, Hydraulic Rock Splitting, Furnish & Install Rip Rap slope protection, Furnish & Install Prestressed Concrete Tank, Furnish & Install SCADA system, Temporary and Permanent Erosion Control, Exterior Protective Coatings.
