Job Location: A Street Framingham Scope of work includes: Construction fencing and temporary and permanent erosion/sediment control measures; Inlet protection at all catch basins. Site preparation and earthwork; Excess soil materials to be properly stockpiled and removed from site. Utility work, including leaching basins for drainage and electrical; Import clean fill material and compaction; Install foundations athletic lighting, etc. Install post tension tennis court system. Pavement and surfacing to include bituminous concrete paving for walkways, construction of new parking lots with striping, etc. Site furnishings, including seating areas; Place topsoil, fertilizing, liming, seeding and mulching, install new landscape plantings, trees, shrubs, etc. New chain link fencing; Security lighting (as needed); Inspect and maintain grading, erosion control and sediment control practices weekly and immediately after rain storms with more than 1/2 inch precipitation in 24 hrs. Maintenance of all erosion and sediment control components and installation of additional erosion and sediment control components shall be an ongoing practice and in strict accordance with the contract specifications.
