Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate McCormack Building - Boiler Room Replacement, Boston, MA. This project includes replacement of the existing two (2) boiler feed pumps, associated piping specialties and two (2) pump variable frequency drives (VFDs". The replacement pumps will provide full redundancy for the boiler system. The replacement VFDs will include associated electrical work, controls and interface into existing building control system. The Category of Work is HVAC. Every General Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for no less than the bid price, plus all add alternates, if applicable. Sub Bid Deadline 1/9/23 Time 12:00 P.M.
