Calhoun Housing Authority Request for Proposals for Parking Lot Repair, Paving, and Striping The Calhoun Housing Authority (CHA) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to complete parking lot repair by repairing (filling trenched areas) and top coating the asphalt lot and striping the parking spaces. The CHA is a public housing authority funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The funding for this project is already approved, and funds are readily available for expenditure. Payment schedules are determined by the length of time required for this project, however, our general rule is to provide a prompt payment upon completion of work for projects requiring 60 days or less to complete. CHAs intent is to begin this project as soon as possible after an award is made. The asphalt lot is approximately 40,000 square feet. In total, there are 60 parking spaces. General Scope, Technical Specifications, Requirement details may be requested by emailing nfd@calhounha.org or visiting the Calhoun Housing Authority Office located at 607 Oothcalooga Street, Calhoun, GA. Interested parties will be required to submit 2 copies of a complete bid in a sealed envelope to the CHA label "Parking Lot Repair." The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
