Texas State University ("Texas State" or "University") is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals ("Competitive Sealed Proposals" or "CSPs") for the selection of a qualified and capable vendor to provide HVAC Controls & System Upgrade Servcies to the Centennial Hall Building at Texas State University. All inquiries regarding this CSP must be made in writing. Reponses to all inquiries will be answered through the issuance of addenda by the Owner.
