Contracts shall be awarded on the basis of the low Bid submitted by a responsible and responsive Bidder deemed most favorable to the Owner's interest. The work for each base bid and alternate must be completed no later than the following: 1. Base Bid a. Substantial Completion - October 20, 2023 b. Final Completion - December 22, 2023 For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States.
