The Ottumwa City Hall (Originally the Ottumwa Post Office) was constructed in 1910. Over the years it has gone through various remodeling and changes. The scope of this project includes the following - 1. It will be constructed in (2) phases. 2. The building ahs a basement and (3) floors. Total building SF is 32,350 SF. 3. ADA improvements on all floors, including entrances and restrooms. 4. Restoration of the original 1st floor Public Lobby. 5. Removal of existing HVAC and Electrical systems and the installation of new systems.
