GRAVEL CRUSHING TENDER - RM622-2023-01 Tenders are invited by the R.M. of Beaver River No. 622 for the crushing of 20,000 cubic yards of 3/4 " type 106 Highways Specification Road Gravel. Tender must be submitted on the enclosed Tender Sheet. Material shall be crushed and piled by the contractor on location in the R.M. Pit known as the Nault Pit located at NE-21-62-25-W3M. Once materials have been stockpiled in the Nault Pit, the stockpile will be surveyed by the Municipality. The Contractor will inform the Chief Administrative Officer when nearing 80% completion in order to schedule survey of the pile in a timely manner. The R.M. shall make payment of the account within thirty (30) days of the survey result. Payment subject to the pit being left in acceptable condition. The Contractor must provide a Clearance Certificate from Workers Compensation Board. The Contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance for two million dollars in liability insurance.
