Renovation of a municipal facility in Morehead City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering the construction of C-1703 LED Upgrades - Port of Morehead City 2022. If you do not have a TWIC card, please contact to Bobby Sweat prior to the pre-bid meeting arrange access. The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. The project includes furnishing all materials, labor, tools and equipment, and incidentals for the complete and proper installation of LED Lighting. This work includes replacing existing fluorescent luminaires on two (2) - 100' tall High-Mast Light Poles and one (1) 140' High-Mast Light Pole. Pole Numbers 154, 155, and 156, as indicated in the contract documents. All work is located on the North Carolina State Ports Authority property at the Port of Morehead City. Provide all materials, labor, tools and equipment, and incidentals for the complete and proper installation of LED Lighting, replacing existing fluorescent luminaires, as indicated in the contract documents.
