HVAC Improvements Package #24003: This project will consist of various HVAC equipment upgrades/replacements, at multiple facilities across the district. Anticipated project budget is $15.0 - $18.0M. Project delivery model will be design-build. a. Criteria Engineer: Proposing firms will be led by a licensed engineer and will incorporate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural services required to complete the work. b. Design-Builder: The work will consist of one Design-Build contract including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and architectural services required to complete the work. 2. Roof Replacement Package #24004: This project will consist of replacing or major repairs to the roof at multiple facilities across the district. The anticipated project budget is $14.0 - $16.0M. Project delivery model will be design-build. a. Criteria Architect: Proposing firms will be led by a licensed architect and will incorporate the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural services required to complete the work. b. Design-Builder: The work will consist of one Design-Build contract including but not limited to the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural services required to complete the work. Submittals will be evaluated pursuant to ORC 153 based on the criteria listed in the full project description provided on the district website above. The district's Community Inclusion Policy will apply to these projects. The Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprise (LEDE) goal for the projects is 20% participation. The district reserves the right to reject any and all statements of qualifications and to waive any informality, irregularity, or failure to conform to the instructions contained in this public announcement.
