Site work for a water / sewer project in N Richland Hills, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of approximately 1,400 linear feet of 6-inch vitrified clay sewer line with 8-inch PVC sewer line by pipe bursting method, including associated manholes and service connections located in the City of Richland Hills, Texas. All extra work in connection with the improvements as noted in the terms of both the General Conditions and the Special Conditions of the Agreement. The materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superintendence, labor, insurance and all other accessories and services necessary to complete the construction shall be at the CONTRACTOR'S own expense. Document information : Two (2) sets of Plans and Specifications shall be furnished to the Contractor, at no charge, for construction purposes. Additional copies may be obtained at a cost of thirty dollars ($30.00) per set. Location of Work: The work is located in the City of Richland Hills in between the 2800 blks of Elm Park and Fir Park. Please refer to the location map in the plans for the exact location of each project.
