The City of Andrews advertises all Invitations to Bid and Request for Proposals in the Andrews County. The Andrews City Council awards contracts resulting from bid solicitations during the City Council meetings on the second and fourth Thursday of each month, or as otherwise posted. The City of Andrews ("Owner") requires the facility located at 101 NW Ave A, formerly the Crossroads Community Church, be renovated to accommodate the Andrews Municipal Court ("Project"). The footprint of the former Crossroads Community Church is 19,845 square feet with five classrooms, four restrooms and a large worship area with stage. The Owner requires the facility be renovated to provide three or four offices, two cashier/receptionists areas, one arraignment hearing office, and one space that doubles as a Municipal Court and City Council Chambers All communication and questions regarding this RFQ and Project are to be submitted by email to Steve Eggleston at seggleston@cityofandrews.org. Convert the existing 5 classrooms [110, 115, 116,118,119] and coffee area [120] into the following: a. 3-4 offices / conference rooms b. 2 cashier/receptionist areas with desks behind security class c. 1 arraignment hearing room for the Municipal Court Judge d. 1 sitting area / waiting room 2. Convert the existing Worship area [101] and Platform [103] into a space that can be utilized for Municipal Court, City Council and other Public Meeting, and a large conference room for City events.
