The contract will be based on actual cost fixed fee. Proposals submitted via facsimile machine or email are unacceptable. This solicitation does not commit the LSCOG to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a Proposal, or to procure or contract for the articles of goods or services. The LSCOG reserves the right to reject all statements and to cancel this solicitation in its entirety if it is in the best interest of the LSCOG to do so Every effort has been made to ensure that all information needed by the consultant is included herein.
