Delivery Point Huntington Place Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:TBD Question Acceptance Deadline 01/19/2023 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No It is the intent of the Authority to secure, in the responses to this RFQP, Statements of Qualifications from appropriately qualified firms interested in providing experienced and expert Architect & Engineer Facilitation and Oversight Services to assist the Authority with the design, documentation and implementation of an approximate $500,000,000+ West Side Expansion and Other Projects at the Huntington Place Convention Center located at One Washington Boulevard, Detroit, Michigan 48226. The Authority is seeking proposals for a fully loaded hourly rate based upon an order of magnitude for such services noted herein on an as needed basis. However, the DRCFA does not assume any responsibility for failure of the DRCFA to receive proposals via the internet (loss of power, excessive size of file, wrong e-mail address, etc.). ALL PROPOSALS ARE CONFIDENTIAL and will not be available for public inspection until after award of bid by the DRCFA Board. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
