Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Federal Way, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes but is not limited to: resurfacing S 348th St from 9th Ave S to Pacific Hwy S, which includes roadway excavation, planing bituminous pavement, removal of existing curb and gutter, sidewalk, concrete approach, wheel chair ramps. This work also includes overlaying S 348th St from 9th Ave S to Pacific Hwy S with HMA Class 1/2 " PG 58H-22 (approximately 1,650 tons), installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete curb ramps, pedestrian push button, channelization, restoration and utility adjustments, and all items necessary to complete the work as described in the contract Documents. Questions must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. three business days preceding the bid opening to allow a written reply to reach all prospective Bidders before the submission of bids
