The City of Suwanee is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and competitive sealed Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified firm(s) for Third Party Construction Inspections and Materials Testing. Work required under the Contract is for Special Inspections associated with Suwanee Town Center on Main Park project located off of Main Street behind the Gwinnett County library. The Special Inspections will consist of materials testing (soil bearing capacity and concrete), review of reinforcing steel placement and steel structural connections. The project includes a steel and concrete pedestrian bridge, cast in place and modular block retaining walls and a steel canopy structure. Award will be made to the qualified firm who has submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid. The City of Suwanee reserves the right to reject any or all bids as deemed in its best interest. The City of Suwanee does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to its programs or activities.
