Construct storm drainage system including pipes, inlets, manholes, and water quality swale. Construct pedestrian-activated rectangular rapid-flashing beacon and street illumination. Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control and erosion control measures. Perform all removal of structures and obstructions, clearing and grubbing, and earthwork operations. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. The Project cost range is 750,000 - 1,250,00.
