No time-frame is available for when this project will be awarded The City of Yukon is soliciting proposals to repair and resurface four outdoor tennis courts located within City Park in the city limits of Yukon, Oklahoma. The proposals shall be in accordance with the following instructions: All proposals will be submitted in a sealed envelope or packet marked Sealed Proposal-city of Yukon City Park Tennis Courts 2023. The City of Yukon shall have the authority to reject the proposal or any and all proposals and any part or provision of a proposal or the proposal when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Yukon also reserves the right to waive any irregularity of the proposal process. Additionally, the City has the authority to direct the re-advertisement or re-solicitation of any proposal. Proposers must submit an original and one copy including all required materials for acceptance by the date and time listed in this proposal packet. Any proposals received after that time and date will be rejected. Failure to visit the site and examine the existing conditions will in no way relieve the successful proposer from the necessity of furnishing, without additional cost to the City, any materials, equipment or performing any work that may be required to complete the work in accordance with the project. Faxed and emailed proposals will not be accepted. American, Oklahoma and Yukon owned firms are encouraged to submit a proposal. The City reserves the right to award the proposal to a business located within the corporate limits of the City of Yukon if the eligible business submits a proposal that is within five (5) percent of the lowest apparent proposal. Proposal paperwork should be no larger than letter size paper. Do not bind proposal. Do not staple. Please complete the non-collusion affidavit and submit with your proposal. A Project Proposal must be included in the proposal to include, but not limited to, the proposed materials to be used including the manufacturer.
