Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Reagan, Marable, Davis Street Improvements Project consists of reconstructing Reagan Street from Oak Street to Ronda Street and Marable from Spruce Street to Oak Street. The reconstruction consists of demolishing the existing street, removal and replacement of water and sewer facilities, constructing new water, sewer, and drainage facilities, subgrade, base, pavement, and curb and gutter sections. Two alternate bids are included in the project. Alternate A to mill and overlay Davis Street from Oak Street to Walnut Street and Alternate B for drainage infrastructure and grading along Spruce Street from Reagan Street to Washington Street. Submit all other questions via CivCast at civcastusa.com by February 2, 2023. Questions will be responded to in writing.
