The Portable Buildings will be delivered and set by Global Modular under separate contract. Provide related site improvements and utility connections to Portable Buildings. Bids must be accompanied by a bidders bond, cashiers check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner. Pursuant to the Contract Documents, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, as set forth in the Contract Documents. March 27, 2023 Toilet Building : Mountain View School + Orange Cove HS (Adult School). Concrete foundation completion by Global Modular. April 1, 2023 Great Western ES + Kings Canyon HS Site available for construction. April 3, 2023 Toilet Building : Mountain View School + Orange Cove HS (Adult School).
