Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jesup, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Contract A - Division 1: Work in general includes about 960 feet of sanitary sewer main, 2300 feet of water main, jack/bore railroad crossing, 1100 feet of storm sewer, and 2 blocks of street reconstruction including new curb and gutter, drainage tile, subbase, seal coat, and sidewalks in the City of Jesup , Iowa. Contract B - Division 2: Work in general includes about 640 feet of sanitary sewer main and seal coat drive repair in the City of Jesup, Iowa. Bidder may bid on Contract A only, Contract B only or both. Contract A - Division 1 shall be fully complete by September 29, 2023. Contract B - Division 2 shall be fully complete by June 30, 2023. The City of Jesup reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
