Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

For the 2024 Neighborhood Street Safety Program (NSSP). The Project consists of the construction of pedestrian and cyclist improvements citywide in the locations noted below. The Work includes the installation of approximately 2500 linear feet of sidewalk, 2600 linear feet of curb, 2 curb extensions, 19 curb ramps, a pedestrian island, and 2 raised crossings, along with traffic control, removals, earthwork, storm drainage, signage, landscape restoration, pavement markings, and miscellaneous items necessary to complete the Work. The project includes 5 locations citywide, they are as follows: o NE Boyd Acres Road from NE Fred Meyers Road to NE Morningstar Drive o NW Lolo Drive west of NW York Drive at the crossing of the Discovery Trail o NW Mt. Washington Drive along the Deschutes River Trail o Intersection of NE Providence Drive and NE Locksley Drive, and at Providence Park o SW Larkwood Drive, from SW Brookswood Boulevard to SW Hollygrape Street Purpose of Project: Purpose of project is to improve pedestrian and cyclist safety in Bend. These projects were identified in 2019 by the Neighborhood Associations in coordination with the Transportation Mobility Department as part of the Neighborhood Street Safety Program. These projects were included under the General Obligation Bond approved by voters in 2020. There have been 4 prior construction cycles in the Program, this is the most recent set of projects. The 2024 NSSP includes safety improvements at various locations throughout Bend. The work includes development of construction documents for sidewalk, pedestrian islands, streetlights and conduits, curb extensions, striping, signing and traffic control, rights-of- way acquisition and utility coordination. he Engineers estimate is between $1,175,760 and $1,502,400. The outside of the sealed envelope or box should be marked with the Proposer's name and "2024 Neighborhood Street Safety Program - Solicitation packets may be obtained from (click on Public Works). Proposers must register as a document holder to receive notice of addenda. This can be done on the website or by phone at 541-389-0123. Proposers are responsible for checking the website for the issuance of any addenda prior to submitting a proposal. Proposal results are available fromelectronically .
