The scoreboard will be installed by other as part of a larger project The work shall commence following the award of the contract currently planned during the school board meeting February 6, 2023. The expected substantial completion date for the Project is August 1, 2023 with the expected final completion date being August 15, 2023 Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring bids are received by the Owner at the correct time and location. Owner will not be responsible for any failure of a bid to be timely received.
