Site work and new construction of a civil project in Waller, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
250,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank and Appurtenances at Water Plant No. 5 The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract with the Owner. \A Cashier's Check or Certified Check payable, without recourse, to the Owner or an acceptable Surety Proposal Bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total bid, including consideration of alternates, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds in forms provided in the Contract Documents. Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond, in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. For public projects, not less than the minimum wage rates as prescribed in the General Conditions must be paid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in bids.
