(MAI) invites offers from Distributors of LG Digital Signage Hardware. Supplier will be required to do a one time delivery of the specified items to the Marine Atlantic warehouse at 65 Memorial Drive, North Sydney, NS. Please read delivery requirements in Appendix D. Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept quotations in whole or in part. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted. All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website. Quotations must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Quotations will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication. Quotations must be received by the closing date and hour. Late Quotations will not be considered. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
